• Bosgeluk House & Bos Aapie does have WIFI, Please note that LueeLe1 & LueeLe2 does not have WIFI.

• BARBEQUE – Please through the ashes in a black bag before you leave.

• PETS – No pets allowed at all in Marloth Park.

• DO NOT PULL OUT THE PLUGS OF THE ALARM SYSTEM OR THE FRIDGES.

• NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE!

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE CLOSED PROPERLY BEFORE YOU LEAVE (APES AND BABOONS CAN RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY).

THE ASHES FROM THE BRAAI MUST BE THROWN INTO THE ROAD IN THE ASH PUT.

ALL DUSTBIN RUBBISH AND ASHES FROM BRAAI SHOULD BE TAKEN TO THE DUMPING SITE NEAR BUSH CENTER IN OLIFANT STREET.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO SET THE ALARM AT ALL TIMES WHEN YOU LEAVE.

One beep means activated and two beeps mean deactivated. Red button is for emergencies.

If, the emergency button is pressed by accident (please call the Security company and cancel the call).

ON DAY OF DEPARTURE, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK – WINDOWS CLOSED PROPERLY, BLINDS CLOSED, DOORS AND GATES LOCKED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BOSGELUK HOUSE IS A SELF-CATERING HOUSE & IS A 14 SLEEPER. NO EXTRA COMPANY ALLOWED UNLESS DISCUSSED WITH OWNER.

ALL UNITS HAS A SOLAR INVERTER IN

• The inverter is to accommodate you as guest the loadshedding.

• Please don’t make any adjustments on inverter.

• Aircons will still run on Eskom power and will go of as soon as load shedding kick in.

• Please do not use microwave and hair dryers while it is loadshedding, otherwise there won’t be enough power to run the fans and plugs for the full length of the loadshedding.

BREAKAGE FEES / RULES

PLEASE NOTE: A REFUNDABLE KEY DEPOSIT OF R 1000-00 IS PAYABLE BACK, IF THE HOUSE IS IN THE SAME CONDITION, YOU RECEIVED IT

IF, ANYTHING IS BROKEN BY ACCIDENT, PLEASE REPLACE IT.

IT IS JUST FAIR TO THE NEXT GROUP, TO FIND THE HOUSE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS YOU DID.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE THE BEDS OR WASH THE FLOORS WHEN YOU LEAVE.

AIR-CONDITIONING & FEES

AIRCON IS PREPAID.

I will put a R50.00 of electricity on the meter after that you as guest must put the rest on to let the aircon work for you.

The token can be bought at any bank, Spar, Pick & Pay, Checker.
